Cheese Cake
Well a work mate Lynne gave me this cheese Cake recipe and it is good. Em's made some last night and it was rather tasty. Lynne calls it her "wolverine" cheese cake as people wolf it down.
Here it is:
Base
1/2 lb Plain biscuits (round wines) crushed or 1 pack minus 6 biscuits
110gs Butter melted
Filling
2 eggs
500g Cream Cheese (Full Cream)
1 1/4 Sugar
Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter together to form base. Line tin with base.
Mix eggs, Cream cheese and Sugar together till it is runny. Add Flavour to filling.
Place filling into base.
Cook in oven for 30mins at 150C
Cool for a 2/3 hours until filling has set.
Eat
Be fat.
